TRILLAT & Associés law firm specialises in Business law and Insurance law.

Established in 2005 by Pascal TRILLAT, the firm aims to fulfil the legal needs of companies in relation to their activities and risk management.

In this framework, the firm deals with assisting and representing clients in litigation either before state or arbitral jurisdictions as well as advising them.

From its beginning the firm has expanded internationally by setting up specifically in Hamburg and then in Shanghai, whilst also creating a network of partnerships with foreign law firms (United Kingdom, Netherlands, Spain, Morocco, United Arab Emirates).

At the same time TRILLAT & Associés has enlarged its expertise ambit by accompanying its clients within the framework of restructuring operations in France or abroad.
