Pierre-Yves LUCAS, well-known maritime specialist, now heads the “transportation” department after having spent many years within the transportation department of the GIDE LOYRETTE NOUEL law firm, and as a partner of the Alain TYNAIRE law firm.

The team deals with road, maritime and air transportation.

The firm’s main clients are shippers and their insurers, industrial groups or shipyard companies as well as logistic or transportation companies.

Additionally, the department advises and assists its clients in the drafting of ship-building contracts and the corresponding bank guarantees.  The firm represents shipyard companies against ship owners in courts.

International cases are managed in cooperation with BARLOW LYDE & GILBERT, in London.
